So, today was a win all around.
re Northern Downpour: um....shut up, there's something in my eye. RyanRossBrendoUrieSpencerSmithandJonWalker shut your stupid faces *sniff*

I met with some of the Nano...ers. Wrimers? Nanowrimers? Whatever, met with some of the people in my reigon, we sat outside and talked for about 2.5 hours in, 50-ish degree weather, it was awesome.
At one point fandom and slash were brought up (in neutral to positive light!) and I wore my title as slasher Proudly, if not a little shyly. Then we got on the topic of Smeyer and cleolinda was mentioned and its always weird when someone on LJ is mentioned IRL, but it was also cool and now I'm really pumped for Nano and tomorrow night Lydia and I are going to start at midnight and I'm so ready!!!

I totally forgot all about Nano this year until it was too late. I know I heard a lot about it on the f-list, but then I would promptly forget. I wonder, though, if there's a bandom nano.

heeeey you changed your username. I was really confused for a minute. I like it :)
I know that some people write fic for their Nano, and its not like there are rules about what you write, as long as its fiction, ends up 50k and is something new.
And then there's places for people that aren't quite taking the beaten path, so, if you're up to it, go for it!

I did! This is why I had to change my namefield to read my old one. I figure I will keep it up for a few months and then just put a reminder in my userinfo! Better, no?

I tried it one year and I epically failed. I just wish I had time to plot. :[
