Everyone's hating on the New Who and I don't understaaaaaaaand~
It wasn't the greatest but was it really that terrible? Do I not understand because I only watched 9 and 11 or something?

Whovians always seem to be hating and complaining and demanding things from Moffat and then bitching when (fortunately, imo) they don't get it. I don't even read the review and whine posts in the comms and I seem to have intuitively picked the right people to follow on tumblr, but from the comments I read there, I take it some of Moffat's offences are that a) again he didn't do justice to the former companions (which that insensitive jerk has unjustly neglected to do for 1.5 seasons now!), and b) there was no in-depth character study of River and Rory; on the contrary, Rory seems to have become a comical character, can you believe it – OMG the horror, somebody please call Amnesty International, stat!!!!

And that's why I never read anything a Whovian writes. ;)

I mean the episode definitely had its issues but I finished watching and happened to stumble upon some people talking about how TERRIBLE it was and how Moffat should just STOP and I was just like ...did we watch the same episode?
